On average, it takes 6 working days to receive your medication from the point of your prescription being written. **Please note, these timeframes will increase if there is a delay in paying for your prescription or if your medication is not in stock.
The request must be exactly the same as you have previously been prescribed.
All repeat prescriptions will be checked to confirm eligibility for a repeat prescription. If a follow up appointment is due, you will be supported to book this and the repeat prescription request will be cancelled.
Once your repeat prescription is written, it will be posted to the pharmacy within 24 hours. On receipt of the paper copy of your prescription, the pharmacy will contact you to pay for your medication and to arrange dispensing to you.
