Zerenia Clinic Vape Giveaway - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to new patients who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of initial consultation with Zerenia Clinics. The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Any UK patient who completes a medical cannabis consultation and is prescribed medical cannabis, in the form of flower, following the weekly multi-disciplinary meeting.
Employees, officers and directors of Zerenia Clinic and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies or manufacturers and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter.
Timing
The campaign/giveaway begins from Wednesday the 20th of April 2022 at 08:00 GMT+1 and ends on Wednesday the 6th of July 2022 at 11:59pm GMT+1.
How to Enter
Patient’s that meet the eligibility criteria and have complied with these terms and conditions are automatically entered into the draw.
By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and any decision, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to this draw.
Random Drawing/Odds
One winner will be chosen on a weekly basis at random by a software.
The winner will be contacted directly by a member of the Zerenia team. If the Winner forfeits the vape or does not agree to these terms and conditions, Zerenia Clinic will award the vape to an alternate winner randomly from the original pool of entrants.
Prizes
The Winners of the giveaway will receive a Mighty Medic vaporizer from Storz & Bickel.
Vape Delivery
Winners will be sent the vape within 1 week to the winner’s mailing addresses. Zerenia Clinic is not responsible if the vape cannot be delivered due to an incorrect mailing address or for lost or misdirected requests.
Conditions
Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
The winner agrees to the use of their first name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the vape. By sharing their address, the winner agrees to these terms.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Zerenia Clinic’s reasonable control, Zerenia Clinic reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
Zerenia Clinic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of Zerenia Clinic.
